Accessing the Extension

Installing ViewAll

1. Visit the Chrome Web Store listing
2. Click Add to Chrome
3. Confirm the permissions prompt

The ViewAll icon will appear in your browser toolbar.

Activating on a Page

Click the ViewAll icon in the toolbar while on any webpage. The extension panel will appear on the right side of the screen with capture and annotation controls.

ViewAll works on any webpage including:

• localhost and local development servers
• Staging environments and preview deployments
• Production sites and public pages
• Internal tools behind authentication

Pinning the Extension

To keep ViewAll easily accessible, pin it to your toolbar:

1. Click the puzzle piece icon in Chrome's toolbar
2. Find ViewAll in the list
3. Click the pin icon next to it

Signing In (Optional)

A free account is not required for core features. To sign in for Pro features:

1. Click the ViewAll icon to open the popup
2. Click Sign in with Google
3. Authorize the extension

Once signed in, you can save reports to the cloud and access your dashboard.
