Taking Screenshots
Capture viewport, full-page, or partial area screenshots.
Screenshot Types
ViewAll supports three types of screenshots:
Viewport Screenshot
Captures exactly what you see in the browser window.
- Activate the extension
- Use one of the 3 methods: Alt+S, click Screenshot within the ViewAll panel, or right-click on the page and select "ViewAll > Screenshot > Current View"
- The screenshot appears in the panel
Full-Page Screenshot
Captures the entire scrollable page by stitching together multiple viewport screenshots.
- Activate the extension
- Use one of the 3 methods: Alt+A, click Full page within the ViewAll panel, or right-click on the page and select "ViewAll > Screenshot > Full Page"
- ViewAll scrolls through the page automatically and stitches the captures together
Partial Screenshot
Capture a specific rectangular area of the page.
- Hold Alt and click-drag on the page to select an area
- Release to capture the selected region
- The cropped screenshot appears in the panel
After Capturing
Once you have a screenshot, you can:
- Add comments by clicking on elements in the page
- Copy the screenshot and metadata to your clipboard
- Copy for AI to export structured data for LLM assistants
- Save to encrypted cloud storage (Pro)
